ABOUT THE FOUNDER

 

Elisha Saigal, Founder and CEO | El Sol Strategic Consultants.

With nearly two decades of industry experience, Elisha Saigal is a visionary and businesswoman par excellence. Her understanding of brands, design, communication, and sales began with her experience in sales and visual merchandising for a sanitary ware brand, followed by a year-long stint with Divya Thakur of Design Temple.

She believes in constant evolution and is undergoing the Stanford Seed Transformation Program to hone her skills and be a relevant brand and business consultant to her clients. Created the biggest launch in Nykaa’s history by leading the mandate for The Ordinary’s launch in India, conceptualizing, strategizing, and executing a campaign encompassing influencer marketing, influencer seeding and marketing, and press initiatives pan-India, reaching more than 112,600,000 people through 20+ Cat A publications, regional media, digital media, and TV for a total earned value of over INR 6,58,30,000.
